Ok, since I am coming back soon, as an act of following urban culture, I gotta buy stuff back as souveneirs. So if there is anything that interest you in HK and you want it(and cheap enough), I will try my best to look for it.
Below are those who requested. Will be updated.
Faith Liang - 1 dozen of Krispy Kreme (I'll try my best, depends on my final bagage)
Tianyu - 1 Krispy Kreme (Faith is 12 times greedier than you)
Sis Xinyi - Anything with Ultraman on it (this is really difficult, in HK, really)
JiaHui - Anything (dun blame me when i really buy Anything)
Albert Yap - 3 HK porn magazine (I managed to buy 1, 3 is too much bro, can any1 tell me if its illegal to bring porn mag back?)
Chun Mei - Magnet with World Map or Doraemon (you are so much more sophisticated than the guy on top of you)
MingLi - 1 Paddington Bear (I've got 1, trying to get more if possible)
Zhao Yuan - Anything with Doraemon or the LV Bag on her msn pic (poor weeliam..)
Junmin - Cute HK guy (choose something easier please, or do I have to sacrifice myself to at least fulfill 66.66% of your wish?)
Anyone else? or anyone that I forgot about your request? Maybe I should set a cutoff date, so I can have more $$ to buy clothes for myself : )
I personally like to buy gift, if I know the person truly appreciate the stuff. In this case, the paddington bear is the best example. Definately not the porn mag.

Happy Birthday Ma!!
my mum just called me and asked me to wish her an advanced happy birthday...lol...
cos she's going japan with her friends during that period. some rich woman eh.
how i hope i can be like my parents, travelling and doing stuff they like when they are old.
like what they always say, work hard when u are young, and you can relax when you are old.
but i doubt i will be like them though.
Although I hoped that I was able to finance this entire trip myself, the most I can fork up is like 60% of it, from all the odd jobs and free lance I saved up. I can say that I am pretty spenthrift over here, even though I went to a few other neighbouring countries. But I still owe it to my parents that I am able to enjoy all these stuff.
I have friends that say majority of Singaporeans are like us, come on, you really think so? you really think that majority of 20+ are able to travel around the world like this? Its just that your social circle consist of these people. There are people out there working their shit off at our age, just so their parents can have a normal life or to let their younger siblings go to school.
When the Guangzhou sales girl asked me where I was from, and I told her I was from Singapore and studying in HKU, she was like how envious, you can see the genuine feelings in her eyes. There was no chance she or her family could provide her with such luxury. I told her, "努力工作,以後就有機會了.", come to think of it, I doubt so, but I guess it was still the right thing to say. Her children might have the chance if she did work hard. If not, it will be of a viscous cycle.
This post shouldn't be about ranting, so I am going to cover this post, but still available for me to see this it in the future.
Anyway, this post is dedicated to you, ma.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
APRIL 22th!!! My poor memory problem strikes again... I keep thinking is april 24th, i wonder whose it is now. April got too many ppl birthday liao, maybe I should download a birthday program or watever.

Joel's Bday
So it was Joel's bday and we were invited to his party~!
Hysan really has the best view among the 3 halls.
They get to enjoy the entire sea view and breeze, and amazing night scenery. Whereas RC Lee only gets a cemetary and hospital.
Really like HK night.
Making our own BBQ pit.
Hey ex-Subsidizer! Thats for you.
Behold!
The birthday duck!
with a beer in hand!
Cheers!

World Rugby 7 in HK Stadium
There happen to be some international level rugby competition and HKU students get to watch it for free.
I din expect such event to have so many people.
Look at the pic, people mountatin people sea.
Even the dogs are here to join in the fun.
While Q-ing up.
Participating countries.
Classmates. Nancy Candy Amber Patrick
(man.. i had to check msn cos i forgot their names.. how can i ever have better memory)
A cool couple that I chatted up with during the games.
Andy and Chris's their names. Andy's a doctor in australia, not sure about his wife. I treated them 雞仔餅and told them which places are fun to go in HK. Its always fun to chat with foreigners, especially the elder ones.
Apparently, they won some lucky draw by buying chairs, 4D3N in HK, and free tickets to the 4 days of rugby matches.
Picture of the stadium.
Taiwan Trip
Ri Huang, Chang Seng, Lucas, King.
(4.40am now in my hall)
Taipei MRT token.
MRT train. But the most interesting thing is in fact the train driver. Before closing the doors, the driver will do alot of actions, like wuxia pian, where they use their 2 fingers and point to different directions. Damn funny. Like pewpewpew~~!!
Taipei. View from the hostel.
Bagpack travelling and staying in hostel is really way to travel man. I dun think i would ever want to stay in hotel in the future if i travel.
Taipei street near the hostel.
Taipei hawker.
saugages bigger and longer baby arm.
雞扒.
Very very big 雞扒.
Bigger than Xiu's face, and I am serious.
gu gu jiao 雞扒.
Changseng really look like wu zhong xian in this pic.
自拍.
Just bought the cap, so need to see whether nice anot.
Its really a very nice cap.
Xi Men Ding at night.
2nd day in Taiwan
OK. My post got lost during a disconnection again. So I am retyping everything again in shorter version cos I am lazy.
Taipei Dawn > HK Dawn.
HK Night > Taipei Night.
Good Breakfast = Good Start.
I miss geylang.
We rode lotsa rides.
Most dangerous ride, but not most fun ride, cos ride before liao.
1 of village's architecture.
The 2 bored girls sleeping while we wait for the bus back to taipei.
I forgot their names, but they are from HKUST, came to taipei with us.
I am really bad at names.

3rd Day in Taiwan
We woke up early, dress up, and off we go to...
THE ZOO.....
On the way, we played daidee on the mrt. I think the people there must be looking weirdly at us thinking:"wtf are these ppl doing? digging nose and playing cards at the same time!?!"
OK.. I am not a zoo person, so basically, I was there just looking around and chilling out.
So these are 5 random animals that I took pictures of.
Lamas.
Flying turtle. or tortoise. I duno.
Snakes.
Yesterday(the day before I was writing this post, which is like 1 month later), I was so bored that I watched National Geographical Channel, and it was showing a documentary about snakes. Really interesting, should watch more of these stuff in the future. But guess I am too lazy to watch TV in SG.
After the documentary, all I can say, people living in India's farms are really suai siao, everyday got 3 ppl die becos of snake bites.
After the zoo trip, we decided to try out the Mao Kong Cable. It brings us somewhere up the mountains which has nothing.
While we were up there, we saw this trail that seem to lead to somewhere, so we just started trekking. Pretty much my style of traveling, but this time with some people accompanying me.
In the end, it was really a random trail, a very very long random trail. We made it to a peak of a mountain, which was still not the end. But we were too shag out and it was getting dark, so we walked back.
That's Ri Huang, not me. Just in case any reader out there has a hobby of saving my pictures in your hard disk.
After we meet up with the girls, Girl no.2 decided to go look for 楊宗偉 in a club that he used to sang when he was still unpopular. Those who follow taiwan pop culture will know who he is. At this point, I truly understand why the guys say they are naive and sheltered.
So the guys, being very mature and interested in politics, decided to watch the 造勢晚會, cos it was the last night to pull for votes.
After walking around in circles and eating dou jiang for 2 hours, we finally found our way there.
You know you are near when you see people mountain people sea.
This would be a pretty nice picture if I got just abit lower and better camera.
Taking pictures with random Taiwanese.

逆轉勝!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(still lose though...)
After that, we tried looking for a club or pub for like 4 hours, but to no avail. You really need a tour guide or local to bring you to those places man.
Last Day in Taiwan
On our last day, we split up and went places we needed/wanted to go. As usual, the girls needed to shop, ri huang went to buy his remote control stuff, lucas and changseng went someplace secretive.
With only a few hours to walk around, I went back to Xi Men Ding.
It's really different to go to Xi Men Ding in the day and night.
The amount of people here tenfold in the day, quite the opposite of Hong Kong's Mong Kok and Causeway Bay.
Cafe with waitress cosplaying as your slave.
I only saw a comic shop up there though.
Then I went to another shopping mall just beside Taipei Train Station.
There is this big model store with human size Gundam.
Duno what model is this.
Final shot of all of them.
I also found a mega porn DVD store at the same mall. This is when I found out porn is legal in Taiwan. It's not those type of shady shop, but very well furnished and organized.
Too bad I cun take pictures inside. But surprisingly, there are quite a few females inside looking around.
And this marks the end of my Taiwan trip. Not spectacular, but still fun. :)
